Parmarbrook are delighted to have been appointed on the redevelopment of Fulham Town Hall.

Located on the border of Fulham and Chelsea in the thriving Broadway area, the former Town Hall is one of the most prominent and architecturally significant buildings in the borough.

The historic structure, which was originally built in 1890 and Grade II listed in part, totals 51,530ft2 over lower ground, ground and two upper floors.  Internally there are a number of grand spaces and features including large council chamber halls, function rooms and offices complete with numerous ornate decorative features which are also included in the properties listing status.

We will be working closely with Ziser London, who acquired the Town Hall in February, as they plan to transform the beautiful building into a hotel, restaurants, event space and spa.
