project overview

The mixed use property, situated within the Covent Garden conservation area, currently comprises retail units at basement and ground floor, with four upper floors of Cat A office space.

The scheme has been designed to enhance the features of the existing building including exposing the existing Victorian brick walls and opening up the existing ceiling with exposed services and lighting.

Works also included alterations to the retail unit and facade. The development was completed in 2016
