Project Overview

Northburgh Street is a major refurbishment including a new double storey lightweight timber roof top extension, of a 1960’s office building in the Clerkenwell area of London.

Parmarbrook were appointed to undertake the full structural design of the works; comprising the removal of a stability core, provision of new lifts, a feature stair, remodelling the ground and lower ground floor structures to form a new entrance lobby and additional office/retail space, and a new two storey timber roof top extension.
