Parmarbrook were commissioned to undertake the civil and structural engineering design works associated with the proposed development of Kelaty House, First Way, Wembley, which comprises mainly 300 key serviced apartment/hotel and a 599-bed student hostel. The development is situated in close proximity to the iconic Wembley Stadium within the Wembley Regeneration Area, an area master-planned for future redevelopment by the London Borough of Brent. The current design proposal relates to a consented planning scheme for the demolition of existing structures on the site and its subsequent mixed-use redevelopment.
