Parmarbrook were engaged by Genting UK as Engineering Design Guardians for the mixed use development of Resorts World at the NEC in Birmingham, monitoring compliance of contractor’s proposals and the quality of works on site.

Resorts World consists of 18 bars and restaurants, 50 shops, a cinema, casino, spa and luxury hotel. The seven-floor 538,000 sqft building cost £150m to build and can accommodate at least 12,000 people at any one time.
