Planning permission has been granted to deliver 183 new homes with TopHat on their Kitchener Barracks site.

The project will include the delivery of a mix of new-build modular houses and apartments. As an iconic site with a rich military heritage, it was important that the development should retain its historic features, including part of the 1930s Khartoum Building, the Barrack Block, and the former Ordinance Store.

TopHat’s automated manufacturing processes, high quality materials and smart technologies combined to deliver outstanding homes and ultra low carbon outcomes.
