Parmarbrook welcomes Claire Washington

Parmarbrook welcomes Claire Washington as An Associate amidst the Pandemic.

We are delighted that Claire joined Parmarbrook as an Associate last year through the 2020 pandemic. Claire brings a wealth of experience, her knowledge within the education sector and in particular timber and sustainable design has already encouragingly impacted the company.

In 2018 Claire was part of the female-led design team delivering Cambridge Mosque, with Marks Barfield Architects, a landmark timber building designed with Glulam and CLT.

Claire is an enthusiastic Engineer and enjoys solving technical problems using first principles with refined analytical tools to develop effective and efficient solutions.

“I’m so pleased that Claire joined us last year, she brings with her a high level of enthusiasm. Her focus on sustainable design and solving project challenges has already made a great impact on the building projects she leads. As part of the leadership team at PB I’m looking forward to her creative influence in the coming years ”
