Parmarbrook bring together an experienced group of professionals with a passion for intelligent design. It’s a new way of thinking that’s driving our success as we strive to build the first choice design practice for exceptional clients in the UK and around the world.

Our innovative and collaborative team ethic is backed up by our high-quality service-led approach. We are dedicated to and take pride in providing exceptional service on each and every project, but we especially invite projects that present unique challenges. That is where Parmarbrook really shines.

We deliver the very best through partnerships with clients and other like-minded enthusiastic professionals. This enables us to constantly push the envelope and challenge the norm. They are the people who drive design excellence to new levels and we are partners in the realisation of their vision.

This constant urge to learn and challenge underpins our disciplined imagination, the focused creativity and insights supported by deep technical knowledge and experience we bring to each project. Whether it’s a design challenge, a cost challenge or a construction challenge, we are problem solvers.

Working closely with leading architects, developers and contractors we design and deliver buildings of all types. Our projects range from large scale residential developments, super-prime residential properties, commercial office, education, hotels and retail schemes.

Our Studio

Our studio, based within the Shoreditch Design Triangle, is fresh modern and open plan to encourage a fluid working environment.

Inspirational Leadership

Inspirational communication from our leadership team occurs on a regular basis with Studio Catch up presentations. Our employees regularly receive feedback on how they contribute to our company’s success and why they are our greatest asset.

Professional Development 

We encourage regular training, reviews, team meetings and internal forums which involve employees at all levels. We continue to invest in technology, including IT systems, advanced analysis and design software. Technical staff meet regularly in support of their own continuing professional development, and project-related training is part of the everyday working environment.

As a company we are committed to reducing our environmental impacts and to developing a culture of continuous sustainable improvement through the minimisation of waste, carbon footprint and energy consumption. We also promote the use of materials from sustainable and responsibly managed sources and wherever possible encourage recycling or re-use of  materials.

Making a Difference

We are passionate about ‘Making a difference’ and giving back to charities and the local community. Throughout the year we hold several fundraising events and support engagement with local communities through work experience programmes.


It’s not all work and no play here at Parmarbrook. We like to maintain a healthy balance and support workplace wellness. Our Culture team regularly organise team building and social events to encourage internal interaction and unity. We also host lunchtime group initiatives such as Sketch Club. P.s we have an office Ping Pong table.
