3 years’ experience +

• Minimum of 3 years+ proven structural engineering experience
• Enroute to Chartership
• Proven ability to run small to medium projects, with the assistance of senior staff
• Someone who seeks practical, efficient, innovative and design-led solutions
• Confident and strong communication skills in liaising with clients, design teams and collaborators
• Ability to deliver on deadlines, liaising with the project team, feeding back to senior team
• An understanding of the importance of repeat business and effective management of clients
