Situated close to Buckingham Palace and within the Victoria Conservation Area, the contemporary façade takes inspiration from London’s Edwardian Mansion Block typology which will replace an existing office building from the inter-war period.
Structurally, the building consists of 8 storeys above ground, with the top three being a glass triplex apartment, and a three-storey basement below ground. At ground floor level transfer beams and walls are used to transfer the residential column grid to a car parking grid.
