EcoWorld London, in partnership with LB Ealing, is seeking to redevelop Gurnell Leisure Centre, with a scheme that brings a new leisure facility and affordable housing to the borough. We were brought on board at the acquisition stage to address the concerns regarding Flood Risk at the site.
With an accelerated programme, Parmarbrook developed the structural and civil design to stage 3. A steel-framed leisure centre includes a 50m pool, and five residential towers housing over 600 apartments with basement parking for both. The scheme is currently in planning.
