UKTV, whose mantra is to ‘Imagine more,’ has opened the doors to its inspirational and distinctive new 32,500 sqft facility at the brand new West London development, 10 Hammersmith Grove.
Penson, one of Europe’s leading and mostrecognised interior design and architecture studios, previously created award-winning spaces for Google and JayZ’s ROCNation. They developed the architectural design while Parmarbrook worked closely with designers Aldworth James & Bond to create the office’s visual centre piece: a custom, ergonomic staircase connecting the previously separate levels of the space.
The quirky design added complexity to our structural analysis by introducing torsional and vibration considerations which we explored using sophisticated finite element analysis software.
Parmarbrook has enjoyed being part of the creative design team that has helped deliver a headquarters that is sophisticated, stimulating, and “built for innovation.”
